Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and reliable Carpenter’s Assistant to support skilled carpenters in various construction tasks. Whether skilled or unskilled, the ideal candidate must demonstrate a willingness to learn, follow directions, and contribute to high-quality workmanship. Reliable transportation to different job sites is required.
Responsibilities:
Assist carpenters in all aspects of construction, including framing, finishing, installation, and repairs.
Prepare and transport materials, tools, and equipment to and from job sites.
Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring adherence to safety standards.
Perform basic carpentry tasks under supervision, such as measuring, cutting, and assembling materials.
Follow instructions accurately and work efficiently to meet project timelines.
Communicate effectively with team members to ensure tasks are completed to specification.
Travel to various job sites as required.
Qualifications:
Prior carpentry experience preferred but not required.
Willingness to learn and adapt to various construction techniques.
Ability to use basic hand tools and follow safety guidelines.
Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle for transportation.
