The cost of materials and labor is at an all-time high; but Ricky is always fair, tries to present all alternative options so ultimately the decision that is made is based on what is best for the homeowner/project. He communicates extremely well, addresses every concern in a timely and caring manner. He built my modular home while I was away in Florida taking care of my sick husband.
